Discography

In January 2007, Adam Merrin released his first solo EP entitled HAVE ONE, available on iTunes and other digital music sites. In 2009, he released his first full-length album called HAVE ANOTHER ONE.

Film & Television

Merrin’s songs have been featured on Grey's Anatomy, The Big C, Kyle XY, How I Met Your Mother, Greek, Bones, Necessary Roughness, Reaper, Newport Harbor: The Real Orange County, and in the film The Haunting Hour Volume One: Don't Think About It.

The 88

Merrin produced, mixed, and engineered the The 88's debut CD, Kind of Light, which won them an LA Weekly award for “Best Pop/Rock Band”. Kind of Light was also featured as Radio & Records “Album of the Week”. The 88 became a staple on KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic, a clearinghouse for rising indie rock outfits.

The band released their second album entitled Over and Over in September 2005 and have been playing practically nonstop with tour dates throughout the United States and Canada including opening slots with Ray Davies, 311, The Smashing Pumpkins, The B-52's, Elliott Smith, Matt Costa, Guster, Flaming Lips, and more.

Today the group’s TV resume includes segments on Conan, Lopez Tonight, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Last Call with Carson Daly, MTV News, Extra, and they appeared in a performance on the sitcom How I Met Your Mother.

Additional Recordings

Adam has also recorded piano with Ray Davies, Matt Costa, 311, and plans to continue playing with The 88 as well as recording new material for his solo project.
